Customer Service Advisor

About the role…

We aim to give our customers a great experience every time they contact us. Being able to fix their issues promptly and efficiently really helps us do this. We need someone with a passion for serving customers – a great communicator who enjoys talking with customers and resolving enquiries.


Within our contact centre in Caerphilly we continue to prioritise customer satisfaction and help our teams to develop the knowledge and skills to give great service. Fixing our customers issues is our priority – the key is to make our customers feel valued and to show that we have customers at the heart of everything that we do.


Are you a great communicator that can absorb and apply information quickly? If yes, you’re just the kind of person we’re looking for - and if you are travelling to work at our Caerphilly office, we have a free on-site car park that will save you a fortune. 


A day in the life of a Customer Service Advisor at phs Group, and what you’ll need:


  • You’ll be talking to our customers every day on our contact centre.
  • You’ll need to have strong communication skills - we’re looking for someone who can have great conversations by phone and e-mail.
  • Basic computer skills are really important too, and we’ll help you learn the rest.
  • Experience in a contact centre would be an advantage, ideally demonstrating longevity in a contact centre role.
  • Most important for us is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers
