Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity in Telesales but looking for something a little bit different? PHS Greenleaf are looking for a Telesales Apprentice to join their expanding team to focus on seasonal campaigns, including Christmas, and promotions throughout the year.
The role will be entail an element of cold calling, creating opportunities, making appointments for our Field Sales Managers, gathering information and from time to time, you would also support the customer service team with various customer related tasks and queries.
We’re looking for some with honestly, integrity and a positive can-do attitude. If you are reliable, determined and looking to start a career in sales, we would be delighted to hear from you.
These are the essential skills and qualities we look for in a Telesales Apprentice:
- Clear and confident communication verbally, via the telephone and in writing.
- Keen to learn our processes and how to apply them.
- Able to pay close attention to detail and accurately follow clear guidelines.
- Determination to get it right for our customers.
- Good personal organisational skills and the ability to focus without becoming distracted.
- Confident using computer systems.
We need someone with a passion for speaking to customers – a great communicator who enjoys about our products. The key is to make our customers feel valued and to show that we have customers at the heart of everything that we do.
