About the role
To successfully resolve all customer queries complaints and general enquiries about their orders and accounts.

Key Tasks
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions via telephone/email and cases.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Account administration, creating new accounts and updating existing accounts with new and relevant information.
- Support the Sales Support team with order taking and processing.
- Liase with other areas of the business to fulfil customers requirements.
- Achieve customers SLA's.
- Achieve KPI's set.
- Assist the Sales Support and Customer Service Manager with any other activity/tasks appropriate.
Continuous Improvement
- Always looking to improve the customer’s experience.
- Focus on the root cause of problems and help identify ways to solve them.
Sales/Customer Culture
- Champion the sales strategy ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do.
- Help to promote a culture of excellence in respect of quality, service and improvement.
Essential Requirements
Attention to detail, computer literacy and excellent data entry skills are essential for this role.
The successful applicant will be someone who achieves high standards of customer service at all times. You will be positive, flexible, self-motivated, and disciplined. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with both internal and external customers. Full training will be provided.
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get:
- An annual basic salary of £23,809.50
- A permanent full-time position of 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 09am-5pm, no evenings, or weekends).
