About The Role

Administrator- Full Time Permanent

£24,765.00 per annum

The Role:

Join the Syncros team as a full time specialist mat administrator at Kempston Syncros to run the Specialist Mats Administration processes in relation to receiving Stock, ISO9001, IMS and PHS orders.

Key Tasks:

  • To maintain and update the Stock Order Spreadsheet with the receipt of Goods and GRN process.
  • To maintain and update the Sharepoint computer system in conjunction with the fitting boards.
  • To raise PHS orders on Sage and prepare necessary paperwork.
  • To take Management, Fitting and Sales team Briefing minutes.
  • To raise invoices for Interclean, Syncros .
  • To collate weekly stats from Field Sales.
  • To assist in the preparation of accurate Risk Assessment, Method Statement and COSH paperwork.
  • To communicate with customers, both outbound and inbound, by telephone, letter and email in regards to suppliers invoicing.
  • To communicate with relevant parties of the PHS group at head office in Caerphilly.
  • To assist the Admin Manager in their duties as required and any other duties as may from time to time are required.
  • There may be a requirement to support Warehouse Operations When others are on holiday etc , which include tasks like lifting stock, potential use of a Forklift Truck (when trained)

Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and be able to work accurately
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook,
  • Administration skills multi-Faceted
  • Numeracy skills/ Attention to detail
  • Able to help in manual Warehouse operations including lifting stock
