An opportunity has arisen to join our team at Direct365 as an Inbound Sales Advisor in our Safety team, focusing on our vast range of compliance services. We have a large, loyal customer base with new customers joining on a regular basis, and we are looking for the right person to join us to help deliver the best possible service. The person we are looking for must have exceptional communication skills, a passion for customer service excellence and experience in successfully working in a sales contact centre environment.
However, this role is so much more than just sales. You’ll be joining a friendly and engaging team, speaking with existing and new customers about our vast range of safety services, and building on those relationships. Looking after our customers is at the heart of what we do, so your ability to confidently speak with our customers is essential. We work hard to retain their valued custom by listening, engaging with them and solving any queries they may have. You’ll be supported by a dedicated team of like-minded people, and as we expand on our range of innovative products and services you will be advised so that you can share these with your customers.
A day in the life of an Inbound Sales Advisor at Direct365 will involve:
- Receiving inbound sales enquiries, via CRM, telephone, live chat and email.
- Proactively looking to sell / upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and relationship with us, whilst also increasing revenue.
- Maximising the conversion of sales prospects from enquiries by regular customer contact.
- Closing sales through understanding and matching products to needs.
- Achieving agreed personal and business KPI targets.
- Ensuring leads are followed up promptly and quoted accurately.
- Dealing with sometimes complex incoming sales enquiries.
- Learning and retaining excellent knowledge of our portfolio of safety services so that you can accurately match the right services to our customers’ needs.
The ideal candidate an Inbound Sales Advisor at Direct365 will have:
- Previous experience in a ‘sales through service’ role, including longevity with previous employers.
- A demonstrable successful track record in achieving objectives and KPIs.
- A positive, outgoing and determined attitude to achieving sales goals, with a passion for customer care and matching the right product to the customers’ needs.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills that balance the customers’ need and expectations with our business KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the adaptability to learn and work on new CRM systems.
