Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts?

Direct365 are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value customers, helping to maximise customer retention, increase customer lifetime value and introduce customers to the full range of Direct365 products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in driving sustainable growth through proactive account management and customer development.

The Senior Account Manager role at Direct365 will involve:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts.
  • Conducting regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Building strong customer relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing renewals and proactively addressing customer concerns to reduce churn.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate for a Senior Account Manager at Direct365 will have:

  • Proven account management experience within a B2B environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing and developing customer portfolios.
  • Evidence of growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing contract renewals and retention activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable:

  • Experience within facilities management, hygiene, compliance, waste or related service industries.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
