Contract Administrator

Caerphilly Head Office
Full Time, permanent position

 

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Contract Administrator to join our friendly and professional team at our Caerphilly Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administration.

 

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for processing contracts and sales orders, ensuring compliance with company procedures, meeting service level agreements, and providing excellent support to both internal and external customers.

 

Your role as a Contract Administrator at phs

 

  • Processing contracts and sales orders accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with pricing, terms and conditions, and company procedures.
  • Maintaining negotiated pricing agreements where applicable.
  • Liaising with internal teams and customers to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
  • Processing contract amendments and customer account updates as required.
  • Managing mistake logging processes and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Producing and issuing customer correspondence and supporting documentation.
  • Developing a broad understanding of the business to support collaboration across departments.
  • Contributing to departmental objectives and continuously improving performance through training and development.

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Strong computer literacy and keyboard skills.
  • The ability to analyse information, identify issues, and resolve problems effectively.
  • A customer-focused approach with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Tact, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills.

 

Desirable:

  • Previous sales ledger or contract administration experience.
  • Negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
