Customer Lifecycle Telesales Account Manager

Salary: £28,080.00 per annum, OTE £41,080.00
We're looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded Customer Lifecycle Telesales Account Manager to join our team at phs Direct in Tamworth.
In this role, you'll manage the customer journey from onboarding through to retention and growth, building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new customers.
- Develop and grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build trusted relationships and maintain regular customer contact.
- Re-engage lapsed customers and win back business.
- Manage customer data, opportunities, and activity within Salesforce CRM.
- Achieve sales, retention, quality, and service KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in telesales, account management, customer retention, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, organised, and customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
